WebThe only way to reset it back to the default is to press the DPI shift button again. This was never an issue with my old G502. Literally holding the dps shift and pressing any mouse button except the left and right primary will cause it to stay stuck on. Testing it with G-Hub open shows the dpi shift staying on, and it is easily replicated. 2 WebFor me it seemed like one of the CTRL or ALT keys were stuck. It prevented me from being able to type anything at all. Even the virtual keyboard was showing the same problem. I solved it by changing the keyboard language.
