WebBoth versions should be exporting dxfs without the need of any add ons. I see you have used Shape2DView to get a shape from a solid for export. That is exactly what I do as well. Next you have to select the Shape2DView object in the tree, and then choose Export from the File menu, and pick .dxf from the drop down and name/save your file.
