I like to run my rears lower than my fronts when unloaded so I retrained the system and told it that the fronts were in the rear and the rears in the front. Factory pressure settings are 60(Hemi) or 65(Cummins) front & 80 rear with a 20% threshold which means that the warnings (light, sounds & nag screen) will come on at 48(H) or 52(C) front & 64 rear.

WebNov 6, 2024 · The TPMS system is designed to be set 5 psi below your desired cold inflation. So if you’re running 30 psi, threshold should be set to 25 psi. Once a tire drops below 25 psi, the dash light will remain on until the tire is inflated to at least 30 psi.
